Yeah, freezing is instrumental to any washes or cubes/machine for oil or hash. I didn't realize the freeze would make it even that much better for butter! Any imput, spek?

Why the decarb on butter? Never seen that in any butter recipe i've run across. Out of curiosity, have you made without the decarb vs. with just to see? Don't get me wrong~not criticizing, just want to know if there is a marked difference. It seems to me, with the heat from the crock pot it...

I prefer salt myself. I believe it is written though, that salt has some sort of chemical occurence hence the recipe always calling for unsalted. Perhaps it was in "another life". Damn all of these lives.

You have to simmer the butter. Do you have a crock pot? You can put on "low". Also, you harvested early which means your trichomes were pretty clear: speedy type head will result plus the difference in edible high vs. smoke.
