    Power generator indoors?

I got a thing for unique diesel fuels but it takes some doing... if you run a engine on alternative fuels, WMO or WVO are basics you will have to have enough property & equipment to clean the fuel, as well as the technical know how to adjust the timing for slower burning fuels. If you're in an...

    Indoor 2020 spring

Transplant day, by the look of the roots it could have been done it a day or two ago. I'll clean the mess up in a bit. An the QB's are pretty sweet, but I went strip built for my big LED lights. Much better PAR spread from them. They will go into 3 gallon bags after these & finish in 10...

    Indoor 2020 spring

Missed water time by about 12 hrs, should perk up in a bit. Looking a lot more green though

How much nutrients should I give my plants per litre of water

Curling is from temps more than RH, and it looks like you've got it a bit high. Can you get it down to 24C?

CO2 and the right type of air conditioner

Mini split is the best, if your'e good with framing you can use a window shaker. I haven't used a portable but my friends did not like them. Look at SEER & energystar ratings.

    Indoor 2020 spring

So I'm starting a grow log in hopes I can learn a bit more. This is the 3rd grow, learned a lot from the first two and a really cool dude who has been doing this for years. Just gave the clones in the pic 1 cup each, 1ml rootamentary& 2ml call mag. PH 6.3. Under 2 HLG boards, putting out 10k...

    C02 Generator D.I.Y

Okay, I think everybody forgot to tell you a big reason to drop the CO2. CO2 works to give a good improvement IF everything else is peaked out. Your nutes have to be spot on, your RH & temp need to be in a tight VPD band, and you need to be giving it more light than it can handle without CO2...

    Most Valuable Tool

I think my favorite would be my inkbirds/autopilot, but since they've been covered I'm gonna give honorable mention to my cheapo lux meter. You have NO idea where lighting hotspots could be until you get one of these. They pop up in the weirdest angles off the bulb. Keeps all my plants in...

    Not another strip build

I ended up finishing them around week 2. In the future I will have them on at flip. My plants are wide enough the outside lagged during the stretch due to lack of light. These would have helped with making an even canopy.

    PH up K levels

A nice solution here, bluelab ph up is potassium hydroxide, and is speced out at 35%, so there's no guessing k levels. I will be using that next.

    PH up K levels

Yeah, I crunched it, then checked it against wolframalpha, its 14. I see a .de domain. Maybe it's German ph:D EDIT: just looked at that link, it's all in milli molar.

    PH up K levels

That's experience taking, I would listen to him on NPK. Renfro, I think your math may be off on those molarity ph levels. KOH is 14 at 1M. I haven't checked the others.

    PH up K levels

Renfro has a really good calculator in his signature. Oh, I need to get the mills info over to you... But as far as NPK, I am learning so I can't confirm this, but I have read here and many other places that 1:2:3 , 1:3:2, and 1:2:2 are good for flower. I had very high K my first grow, and I...

    PH up K levels

Okay, I did a bit of chem research in a different direction. A base's strength can be determined by what conjugate acid is used to form it. Your most common ph up chemicals are: potassium hydroxide, potassium carbonate, and potassium silicate. The anions here are OH, CO-, and SiO3. The...

    PH up K levels

I do drain to waste, so I just mix a batch, ph, and use the whole thing.

    PH up K levels

I know my nutes drop the ph a lot. Mills line. Yeah, that has not been the case for me.

    PH up K levels

So I'm trying to get to the next level with my nutes, keeping VERY good track of npk and ppm, as well as micros. I have to add around 10ml/gallon of ph up. GH lists their ph up as between 10 and 20% potassium carbonate. This should be bioavailable K, do I have to factor that in? Are there...

I did, what are you looking for?

    Not another strip build

Cost was around 1200 for materials, maybe 18 hours building them? Not too bad for 1920 watts! Realistically I'm only running them around 1500
