Thanks man! They are in small planters for now. One is a gallon and the other is a half gallon. But were moving them into home depot buckets shortly and then later in the summer we will move them into the ground or some big rubber maid tubs. I'll keep you posted with new pics. Peace

You should get more a measurable amount more using LST than letting them grow straight. It will give you a lot of larger top colas and less lower popcorn nugs. It also seems to help thicken the stems to give good support to the heavy buds later in the season when they start swelling up. Make...

I'm pretty close to you and last year a couple of mine got to 8.5 feet but they weren't topped or LST'd. so you're looking at some pretty big plants with some good yeilds. But keep them LST'd so they will stay shorter but nice and bushy :) good luck!

I would be all for that. Only problem is i can only go to the spot at night. Have you noticed any developments in the bud the last few days? I'm real worried about rot and mold. These babies are 9 feet tall and are in a swampy location. I also don't want them to sink into the mud.

Yeah I continue to LST throughout flower to keep an even canopy and get maximum light penetration. The only reason I would add more lights is because cfls do not penetrate very deep at all. Keep us posted on what you do.
