I'd also like to add that the 14th Amend. was key in allowing these freed slaves become armed for defense. Also, the NRA helped civil rights workers in the 50's and 60's, arm themselves when the state AND the federal government ignored their pleas. So much for revisionist history.

That certainly sucks. Once upon a time, I was a member of one of the biggest unions in the US and although I never worked less than 8 hrs/day or 40/wk, I never got OT. The only time we would get OT is if we worked on a holiday.
