    Income tax is theft

"In substance, the court holds that the 16th amendment did not empower the federal government to levy a new tax." NY Times 1/24/1916 1883: Butchers' Union Co. v. Crescent City Co., 111 U.S. 746. 1895: Pollack v. Farmer's Loan and Trust Company, 157 U.S. 429, 158 U.S. 601 Adams v. New York...

Take a Stand for Liberty right now

Hmmm, let's see, there was Waco, Ruby Ridge, Wounded Knee, Japanese/Americans in WWII, American vets in the early 20th century, African/Americans and all the indigenous tribes who lived here before the europeans showed up. There's probably more but that's all I can think of, off the top of my head.

    Income tax is theft

I have read Title 26, as have many others including several IRS agents and have yet to see what I am asking for. If you read it without the preconception that it is legal and pertains to everybody, then, I can see where you could misinterpret it that way.

Take a Stand for Liberty right now

I'm glad the Founding Fathers didn't believe that. Do you mean like progressives? By manipulating words and ideas to fit your agenda? ... or it could be better, don't focus on the negative so much.

    Income tax is theft

This is why self employment is discouraged in the US. When a so called taxpayer (which is different than a tax payer) is supposedly liable for taxation, it is easier for everybody (except the employer) to chip away a little each paycheck, rather than expect that person to send in his quarterly...

    Happy Birthday, 16th

Just follow the hot links. To list all the evidence would take too long. It is very convoluted and obviously (3 replies) most people don't give a shit. If you want to "peel the onion", the information is out there. To me, the proof is in the fact that the IRS is so belligerent in censoring...

    Happy Birthday, 16th

Former IRS Special Agent Reflects On Shared Birthday With Income Tax Dear Friends, Although not widely publicized in the past, I learned during the early phase of my investigation into the federal income tax system that I have the dubious "honor" of sharing the same birth date as our...

    Funny how things work

At what point does the government become too oppressive? Why wait until that point? Because THEN, it will be too late for peaceful change. Wouldn't it be better to stand up to it, early on, when it is easier to change? Huh? Wake up and smell the coffee. We are there. I didn't avoid it. I...

... and what protects the public from a strong government? ... just a portion? Yeah, you chose well, to be born in the US. You feel obligated to the government because your freedoms haven't been completely destroyed? What is too far and what scenario would prompt the advocates for...
