propably the hps light is roasting the pots , close the hps , get another cfl and run only them for about a week or more , when they grow a bit transplant them into real pots and light up the mini sun

keep giving them food for a couple of days more 10 days with only water is enough if u stop feeding all the fan leaves and some of the bud leaves will turn brown , if the lights are in cooltubes u could lower them just a bit day / night temps ?

t5 in fixtures can raise temps quite high , definatelly get it lower but apply a fan blowing direct on them but that doesnt seem the problem do let a lot of run off water stay in tray ? does the pot itself come to contact with that water ? if yes it could be Fe deficiency

and dont let run off water stay on a tray , the root will see that at the bottom theres water to live on and will continue to drawing its roots towards the tray

transplant if ur soil drys out easily , as long as u are on veg u dont have to be that picky on temp matter just be sure that pots stay somewhat cool

1st there are strains mold resistand 2nd there are places that dont allow mold infest anything easilly even if they get much rain
