I think all you need is a couple of cfl hangers, a decent nutes programme and also to regulate the ph of everything your feedin em. Look pretty healthy tho so i think you've got that covered.

Hydroponic nutes in my opinion are not ideal for soil applications. The Biobizz range I find is very good indeed. As they are organic nutes it is harder to overfertilise. If you have no choice use the hydroponic nutes. Be wary they are more harsh.

Fertilised female buds sill produce some Thc, less but some. I suppose you have no options. They aren't ready. You always can make hash or cakes if it doesn't taste too nice. :)
