just try to start as many seeds as you can atleast 2 or 3. youll be awfully dissapointed in a month or 2 when you bud and end up having males and need to start over

ya their stretching to reach the light if you move it down closer they will bush out instead of growing up so much. could just be genes aiding the stretch to though cause them ones in the back look pretty nice

you want to look at the actual watts not the equiv. that bulb is 68 watts. 2 or 3 of them per plant would work fine also i just kinda skimmed through so not sure if it was mentioned but if them seeds are not feminized i wouldnt suggest only growing 1 at a time.

its all up to you and how much space you have and how big you want them. you can turn them on 12/12 anytime from the day they sprout

its not a debate just email a seed company and ask them if flowering is from day 1 of 12/12 or from the day they show flowers :P they will only give you 1 answer

ya definately better light after that you can see how much brighter it is around the plants. i would say to move it a little bit closer though to try and slow down the stretching on them. you can keep the lights about 3 or 4 inches away from them and theyll be fine. also dont stress the tinfoil...
