Ok, I just put some plants under a 65 watt light and its like a flood light, i put it like 7 inches above the plants, and a couple of my leaves chnaged to like dark brown within a couple hours?

Ok, I have a 65Watt light, and its getting pretty cold outside so Iw as gonna bring in some plants that I started really late, I havent transplanted them yet and there only a few inches tall, would a 65 watt light be ok for them for a week or two until i get my new one?

[/IMG] here are some pictures, the soil is from a greenhouse I work at, so I couldnt imagine its the soil, but im not sure. But its outside, and in a place that gets sunlight all day, (other then nite of course).

Ok, I have a plant that sprouted around a week and a half ago and its about two inches above the soil, but it seems to have start growing? Am I just smoking to much and cant tell, its growing? Or is there an issue?
