from the second pic it looks as though you have a little nute burn and the edges are curling up also check your ph levels too it will stunt growth!!!!

go with a cool tube set up it should keep temps down and then 400 is gonna give better yields but will cost more to run??????

hey fella transplant the seedling into a bigger pot bury it up to the bottom leaves and then get them cfls about 2-3 inches away it will stop em from stretching to much but check yer temps as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
