Well so far I've just been using 2 42watt 2700k CFLs during flowering and used 2 30watt 6500K? CFLs. I have not used any nutrients or fertilizers throughout this grow. Just soil and water. I'll be posting pictures tomorrow morning.

Your plants aren't looking bad, though they do look a little on the smaller side. Can you take a picture of the setup and with the lights on? How close are your lights to your plants? The more light the more growth! The closer the better!

Clone during it's veg state, no need to wait until flower state since you know the gender outcome and depending on the size of the plant you should take a clone from 1month-2months old. Check out some people that have cloned before on the forum to get an idea of how big your branch should be...
