If their decently bred autos they should flower when ready.
If they're poorly bred you may have to put them under 12/12 lighting.
All auto-flowering beans are not created equally. Some breeders do better job than others.
Not sure where you are...But since you're outdoors I'd assume its the lower temps or genetics. Moving them inside will keep them from getting too cold @ night.
As long as they don't slow in growth...you'll be ok.

Finish,dry,cure smoke.
Choose what pheno suits your setup/pallate/finishing time etc.
Use whichever meets most of your needs.
