Need a strain that breeds true for early flowering

I buy from Canada all the time, and I live here, never had a problem. The only time I've ever had any problem was when I ordered from Holland or US.

Is stagnant water killing my plants?

They were quite small when I put them into these pots - only in half gallon containers. I then put them into the 3 gallon pots for two weeks before going into 12-12. I Figured bigger than 3 gallons would have been a waste of space. I don't think it's a lack of food because I pulled one out...

Is stagnant water killing my plants?

My plants are showing some signs of severe stress this last week or so. A lot of blotchy and yellowing leaves, stunted growth, low yield, a few individual branches severely wilted etc. Looks like ph stress to me from what I could gather through a little online reading today. I tested the...

A Little Purple in my PE

I ended up with the indica skunky musky smelling pheno too. Not very fruity, bud amazing amounts of resin! I have never had a plant back on that much resin before, ever.

    Does ona work?

Puff N Stuff - Are you using a fan with the gel to disperse the smell throughout the house? Is that enough? Or do you find it only deodorizes the immediate vicinity it's in. Has anyone tried the automatic mister? I figured this could be good security to position near the front door so visitor...

Is the Rev full of shit about humic and fulvic acids?

I don't know, that's not what I get from the article. Take this quote for example: If you try and use that philosophy of force feeding (chelating) the plants using organic acids like humic, fulvic, and ascorbic acids, in a living container soil mix, you will severely damage the whole...

Is the Rev full of shit about humic and fulvic acids?

Ok, so my scanner refuses to produce an image that's legible, so I'll just type out some direct quotes from the article, and if you're interested, I urge you to pick up this month's issue of Skunk magazine and read for yourself. Here are some highlights. Remember, this is all in reference to...

Thanks Rize, that would be great to hear his input on the topic.

Is the Rev full of shit about humic and fulvic acids?

I'll scan the article soon. Had a bad flare up on pain and I've been in bed so I apologize for the delay.

Is the Rev full of shit about humic and fulvic acids?

Mods, is it cool for me to scan the article and upload so everyone can read?

Is the Rev full of shit about humic and fulvic acids?

I re-read the article this morning, and he also states that when growing "True Living Organics" style, it's better to flower under MH because it more closely mimics natural sunlight, and HPS will give poor results when growing with living soil. Seriously?! I feel like I've been taking crazy pills.

Is the Rev full of shit about humic and fulvic acids?

So I just finished reading an article in this month's edition of Skunk (Volume 7, Issue 5, Page 54) and the Rev basically states that using liquid organic fertilizers such as General Organics Bio Thrive, or Fox Farms bottled product is like napalm for the soil biology. The reasoning is that...

    Does ona work?

Starting to have a problem with odour at the house. I'm legal, so it's not a concern of stealth per se, but my wife and I both work from home, and often have clients visiting the house, so we like to keep it stealth. I'm never quite sure if guests can smell anything when they come in the house...

Help me pick the right GDP Pheno

Thanks brother, very helpful info. The three similar plants are definitely branching out a lot more than the other, and they don't seem to be growing much taller. At least their upward growth is quite slow compared to others. Thanks for the tip on the calmag, I'll be sure to pass that info on.

Help me pick the right GDP Pheno

Thanks Corbat, that is normally exactly what I do. However, he's got some very tight plant limits, and can't flower more than two of these. The other two have to go. I know it's really hard to pick phenos in veg, but we need to go off a best guess. The differences are pretty distinct...

Help me pick the right GDP Pheno

A fellow medical grower has four GDP grown from seed - (Connoisseur Genetics Grand Daddy Purple S1.) We both have found that the purple pheno is the best for our symptoms, but haven't grown it ever, and need a little help selecting the proper pheno. Out of the four plants here, one is very...

A Little Purple in my PE

I had a little in mine as well, didn't notice until after cut and cure though. All of the buds are flecked in little purple bits. I had low expectations for this strain, but it turned out to be one of the best plants I've grown yet - total surprise. Not bad for a freebie.
