didnt have any luck germinating in aerogarden with the aerogarden nutrients. used papertowel method. haven't tried using real nutrients for germination yet. go paper towel tho make sure it gets no light at all.

You should always clean it out everytime you change the water. Read somewhere to change it every two weeks. THe nutrient bottle recommended that as well.
