Well, I guess because I heard that when you remove the lower branches the main cola as well as any buds that form on the top get major benefit from nutes not used by the lower branches, that dont get much light anyway.

Thanks for the info. My hydro guy said they dont make 600W MH bulbs and my ballast would be able to run a 400w bulb fine. Ive never heard that before. Thanks again.
