Will a 500w halogen light do anything?

I went to the hardware store to grab some light bulb splitters for my cfl grow when I stumbled on two things. The first was a 500w Portable Halogen Floodlight or 15$ Does this sound like a decent deal? I cant do HID for this grow. The second was a a plug in portable fluorescent "cabinet"...

Ok ok guys i know my lighting is not good. It is just a 100W Halogen security light. I don't have the means of hooking up any HID lights because I have been to every store in my city looking for a light or converter to install inside. The best I found was a outside 90$ security lamp for metal...

Buds were you referring to the tiny plant? Or will feeding Nitrogen to them all fix these "spots"? I just bought some ultra bloom miracle gro 15-30-15. I will mix it in my next viniger and water feeding.

One sec ill take a picture of where the light is and I can extend it if I really have to. I do realize that I pooped all over the 6 inch from the plants rule.....
