Buds do most of their fattening up the last two weeks of flower so dont cut too early. All the hairs are still white, thats a sign of immaturity.

Yes pollen sacks on a hermied plant WILL pollinate your bud and yes they WILL keep growing back. is this your only plant? if not then why do you want to keep it so badly? go do a bit more reading about pollination and feminized seeds and all that stuff and you will know more for the future.

How much supersoil did you use? did you mix it in with a base soil? Looks like nuteburn a bit or heat stress maybe? if you used all super soil then its nute burn. we need a bit more info. Whats your temps, how often do you water, etc. in soil like this, because its organic, you dont need to...

Not to be rude but your "hydro setup" is going to kill your plant. the water its sitting in has no oxygen. Roots need oxygen. Also roots dont like light so they wont grow in that cup. Light kills roots. Look into "hempy buckets" if you want a passive hydro setup, its easy with amazing results...
