    Suggestion on watering

Hi guys... This was the first watering since I transplanted a few days ago (other than watering the day I transplanted) I noticed 5 of the 7 were pretty dry, enough for just an ever so slight droop in their leaves. They got a good watering until a little leakage into the saucer. Two of the girls...

Is this a sign that my plants are female?

Thanks for all the great replies. As a first ever grower I'm pretty excited. I'm using a 1000w MH air cooled hood. They were transplanted 3 days ago into 4 gallon pots with FFOF soil, the same soil I started them in. I have only given nutrients once, and at 1/4 strength. Since the FF soil has...

Is this a sign that my plants are female?

Thanks... I thought they might be but I didn't want to get too excited. There are 6 other plants I hope will show the same signs today or tomorrow. Today is day 25. They are about 7-8" tall.

Is this a sign that my plants are female?

Would anybody be able to tell me if these pictures show female characteristics or is this just regular growth? Thanks for any info...I poted this question in my journal but no luck. These are feminized seeds on day 25 of the grow.

    Is it time to transplant?

Thanks all. I'll wait a bit to transplant. I only gave 1/4 strength on the nutrients and only because it's almost 3 weeks into the grow. I will be very conservative with nutrients.

    Is it time to transplant?

These ladies got their first nutrients this morning. They are on day 19 under 1000w MH, in FFOF and transplanting into the same soil. Would you transplant now or wait a bit? Thanks

White Widow 1000W MH/HPS Closet Soil Grow

First feeding this morning. I gave 1/4 strength Grow Big and Big Bloom with distilled water. Going to watch them closely for any problems. I noticed the stalk of a couple of the plants looked like it was shedding a silky skin. There's been a lot of growth lately and I'm hoping this silky stuff...

Could you suggest a feeding plan starting at week 3 with FF nutes?

    Leaf fingers connected...normal or not?

Appreciate it! https://www.rollitup.org/nutrients/764103-could-you-suggest-feeding-plan.html What I'd really like to do is replace the numbers on the FF chart. I'm at day 19 today. I assume I only have another 2 weeks until 12/12 and I would like to transplant very soon. I am having trouble...

    Leaf fingers connected...normal or not?

I think the yellow is the lighting, however, I plan on starting nutrients in tomorrow's feeding. I started a thread in the nutrient forum trying to figure out a good feeding plan. Hopefully I'll get some suggestions.

Hello to the forum members of Roll It Up

Massachusetts is very close to opening dispensaries. Once that happens I'll see what they have to offer. I have no idea what, if anything, I'll yield from my first grow, but I'd like to learn how to cook with it.

    Leaf fingers connected...normal or not?

The only thing is the next set of leaves, the 5 finger leafs, are developing normally. From what I briefly read about duckfoot, all the leaves have 3 blades. I'm hoping the healthy 5 blade leaf is an indication that the plant is fine. Not sweating it. More curious than anything. I can't learn if...

    Leaf fingers connected...normal or not?

I have 7 White Widows that seem to be healthy but I noticed two of the girls second set of fan leaves are connected. Both plants have either a single 3 pointed leaf or one two fingers and 3 points. All seven plants have their 5 blade sets developed and looking normal. Just wondering if this is...

Hello to the forum members of Roll It Up

Billy here from Boston.. I'm new to the site and have found the forum provides me with mountains of knowledge through the discussions with so many experienced growers. I am permanently disabled from a spinal injury and have avoided using opiates to control my pain. I accomplished this because...

Could you suggest a feeding plan starting at week 3 with FF nutes?

Right Dan. The reason I held off on any nutrients was because of the FFOF soil already having them. I'm at day 19 tomorrow, watering day, and I'm thinking they are ready, just what to give is my problem. I will be transplanting into the 4 gallon pots (using FFOF soil) soon, but on a day where I...

White Widow 1000W MH/HPS Closet Soil Grow

Good growth overnight and I was pleasantly surprised to get an odor when I opened the closet door this morning. Is it normal for plants to start smelling this early? When would you expect the smell to get strong? Can't wait!!

Could you suggest a feeding plan starting at week 3 with FF nutes?

I'm at a crucial time in my grow. I am starting day 18 with plans to start my nutrients on day 19 and transplant soon after that. The nutrients I have are the Fox Farm trio. The feeding schedule they give you starts on week 1 and goes for a 12 week grow. I wont be giving the nutes until the...

    Germination techinque

I'm not sure about using the light's heat to pop the seeds quickly. I got all my seeds to pop in under 24 hours using the towel method. I put my container in my entertainment console next to the cable box. It was a constant 79 degrees and I rotated the box every 8 hours or so. I used a...
