welcome JockMchigh, i am not sure of the exact strain but generally take anywhere from 8-12 weeks. wait till the hairs turn 70-80% brown or buy a 100x magnifier to check the trichomes for colour change. research in the grow faq area. there is heaps of info for someone just joined this site.

maybe the fluoros gave it a kickstart over the ground plant? seedlings/clones under fluoros do take really well and the outside plant has not had those same growing conditions? either way fdd once again i see those trees you keep growing!!! you are a master.

hi, i think too much nutes for starters. back it off, thats a mistake i always make!!! bring the cfl's clower to the clone, 1-2 inches. Should be ok, they handle alot of stress!! when the leaves return to green then start the nutes. good luck
