you should buy some miracle grow fert all plant food. it works fine. make a gallon of water and give it a spoon. fed your plants whatever you would usually fed it. skip feedings so one just water then water with/MGfert on the next watering day. this is your first grow if you follow my advise...

you need to use some kind of fert. your plants are out of the seedling stage and needs some steroids. haha hang in there mate.
