as someone who has owned and operated their own business for 7 years, I recommend you do it. Lots of first time business owners overlook tonnes of stuff and get caught very early on by things they weren't accounting for.

IMO Miracle gro 20-20-20 is fine. It's what I use in veg, and 15-30-15 for flower, no problems

I believe topping isn't good for autos

as for topping/fimming, it's totally up to you. I don't fim but I do top some of my plants, as for yield I'm really not sure what the best bet is
