I live in australia so all the products are called different names..u live in america? would u think using soluable nutrients are better than putting it into the soil?

well, I would suggest u go out and buy a couple of car windscreen reflective visors, draw up size and shape of walls then cut to fit..Most of these sun visors are actually Mylar! (staple gun works well for attaching) its really easy, simple and provides better insulation than paint on wood...

In a pot that size, what would u think would be too much fertiliser pellets.. for example a large handful? more or less Almost certain this would be my problem... would u start the grow without fert until reached bit bigger in size? thanks

yeh that would explain the darkness of the leaves, it doesn't show it in the photo from the cflz and ph is apparently around 6.5 I think

I only water it every 2-3 days with 300ml of tap water and it sits in the sun all day long...

yeh there is pellet fertiliser mixed into the soil, its like a 5 in 1 types of animal poo mix... also lots of perlite in the mix too, could this affect them? I water them like 200ml every 2- 3 days no soluable nutrients just tap water not sure if it would be over watering but the leaves have...
