Recently just got another load of 2CE and I want to make it into liquid for easy dosing and storage etc... Does anyone know how to do it on here? i know you have to mix with an alcohol (stronger the better)? and add heat while mixing... anything I missed? btw I want to do it so that its 15mgs...
