I have an all purpose indoor Miracle Grow NPK 8-7-6.

you're absolutely right. i've been overwatering and now i'm taking a break. gonna wait til soil gets a little lighter/crusty

Thanks hardroc. my SMG has an NPK of 8-7-6. i figure as long as N is the highest that it should work for now. and yea i will kick the fan up a notch

Take a look @ the pics. The older leaves are becoming a bit yellow in between the veins, and I see some folding down. Any idea what the problem might be? It's definitely not nutrient burn because I barely added any nutes at all. . .

I am a first timer growing Nirvana's Papaya (fem). Please take a look at my pictures and see if you can get an idea of what the problem is. I want to nip this in the butt before it gets worse. Notice the slight change of shade/yellowing between the veins on the larger leaves. Also, leaves...

anybody grow papaya with a short veg. period? if so how was the yield?

good stuff. looks like you had a whole field of it. i hope mine comes out like that. i don't expect the greatest yield because it was only allowed to veg. for a week or so, but i can't wait until it flowers!

wow purple/pink buds? sure you were growing papaya? my seeds came in about a week and a half
