looks like you got your intake blowing onto your lights and your outtake on the bottom.. that might be some cause of heat issue..heat rises so its just easiser per say to pull the heat off the bulbs and out the case instead of blowing the bulbs heat to the front of your case .. just a thought...

sorry to hear the red tape didnt work, glad to hear your temps are up odd the red tape might just suck on some surfaces sorry if i awasted a few bucks on ya that seems to work well with wood to drywall. My buddy is using 13 watter as well to keep his temps low...seems to be workingjust fine...
