some seeds are just slow as hell bro...i got seeds from nirvana and my super skunk took 7 days to pop outta the peat when i started germ less then 48 hours ago and i got seedlings from my bag seeds i started just yesterday morning...they are in perlite in a jiffy dome instead of my peat...

your looking at 90 watts of light hitting your plants for a week...they will definatly prefer that then nothing.....i'd say thats plenty of light to last ou a week or 2.... aim for 250 watts of CFL for 1 2.5-3 foot plant
