ur plants look good. as for the budding if ur not puting in 12hrs of darkness then wont bud till fall

if u could find a spot were u get 12 hrs of direct light, then go for it... u'll get way better results then any light bulb. but it depending on ur plant it might take a lil adjusting to the light
