    Plushberry in SuperSoil

I had two awesome plush ladies grown in ss. Both of them did great and had no problems when transplanted into the ss. I used about half ss and half roots with a buffer layer in the middle of 7 gallon pots. One pheno was a massive yeilder and the other about average, but both were excellent...

Just cracked a chernobyl, a space jill, a tahoe og and a chocolope. The last batch was an agent orange, a chernobyl, a pure afghan and an og kush. The only female I got that time around was the ogk. Hopefully I get more than one female this time. I like a good male to take some pollen from...

SS with OG Kush, Chocolope, GDP, grapefruit

I transplanted a 3.5 week old reserva privada ogk into a 3 gal. pot with half ss and half roots a couple weeks back. It fried the hell out of it for the first 7-10 days, but now it's doing just fine. Maybe a bigger buffer layer when transplanting would keep it from getting the "hot feet"? The...

I've been trying to figure out which DJ Short Blueberry I should try also. I came across this thread a while back. https://www.rollitup.org/seed-strain-reviews/270956-dj-shorts-original-blueberry-vs-2.html. This thread had some decent info on both Blueberries and the differences.

I ran one pheno right around 60 days and the other about 65. The trichomes will tell you when it's time to chop.

Both of the Plushberry phenos I grew out are more of an indica high for sure. Not a total couch lock, but can turn into one quickly if you smoke alot of it. It's a nice mellow, spacey, relaxing kind of high. I've been smoking my plush stash in the evenings and before bed here lately. The...

Organic Soil Taste vs Hydro Taste

My vote is organic soil all the way. I've grown both ways and find organic soil grown herb tastes and smells the best to me. I'm using Subcool's super soil recipe currently with excellent results time after time. Hydro is more work and the flavor just doesn't do it for me. Just my two cents...

The left pic is the larger more resinous pheno. The right pic is the smaller pheno that smells/tastes a little better. I didn't get any crazy colors, but my temps were fairly warm throughout the flowering cycle.

Speaking of flavors, my plushberries are all done now. My first samples have had over a week in the jar now and the taste is incredible! Some of the best tasting smoke I've ever had without a doubt. I think the smaller pheno (left pic) tastes and smells a little better, while the larger pheno...

Not a major difference in smell. The smaller pheno smells slightly sweeter, like candy almost. The larger pheno smells similar, but not quite as sweet. The larger pheno seems to pack more of a punch as far as potency goes. The samples I've tried were only in jars for a couple days, so it...

I agree. The Vortex pheno I grew out had the lemonade taste that Sub talks about. The smell was incredible too.

Here's my Plushberries yesterday at day 60. I harvested one of them last night, the other needs a few more days. One pheno is slightly larger and more resinous, the other is a little smaller with more sativa looking buds on it. Both smell great and the smoke has a good flavor, even uncured...

    TGA at the cup!

Here's another Plushberry oddity. There's a leaf blade with another leaf blade growing out of it. She's a super freak!

Hey subcool i wanna get some of your seeds, any reccomendation?

I'd recommend Vortex, Plushberry or Chernobyl. Not that you can go wrong with any other TGA strain, just my personal favorites. I've yet to try some of their strains, but the 10 or so I have tried have all been seriously dank. I'll always have TGA gear in my garden!

Thanks for that one cmt. I'll be trying it here soon. I just stocked up on TGA gear for the promo. Jack's cleaner 2, cheese quake, third dimension, the void, pandora's box, space jill, space bomb, agent orange and some jillybean. I did all pick n mix for a little more variety with this order.

That's a great idea cmt. I've never heard of keeping cuts in the fridge, but it makes sense. With my limited space, this tirck would work perfectly. Do you need any air in the bag?

I'm excited for this one. Everyone seems to love it. It's getting topped and going in a 7 gal. pot with super soil here in a few more weeks. She's just showing her second set of leaves today. I've got a carbon filter scrubbing the exhaust, so hopefully that takes care of the PE stench when...
