CFLs are perfect for sprouts. Also a cover with just a small hole above the seed will lock in the humidity.

K so you really need to get a balanced diet for them; it is critical at this stage that they get a full N-P-K mix. Any two or three part nutes will be better than what you have now. As for the nute burn I think that is all over now. The buds are forming and taking much energy from the fan...

They look GOOD, a little over nut isnt that bad and it looks kike they mostly just got a bit leaf curl and little burn, they can use the extra nutes at this point in their life anyway.
