It sounds like your metal dome hood is holding in heat, and restricitng air flow. Just keep the fan on the plants and they should get better in a day or 2. I had the same problem and they fixed pretty quick.

cloning that late will be very hard. You can however re-veg your plant, by leaving a few small buds and leaves on your plant after harvest and putting it under 24/0 light. It will reenter veg after a couple weeks and you can continue to re-grow it, or clone it. search for re-vegging.
