What makes you think it is a cal mag problem? it would make sense being I am using RO water that has no cal mag at all but i am using alg a mic which apparently has a good amount of cal mag.

I didn't think i had excess nitrogen because i have not seen any clawing of leaves or other symptoms and i am not sure how to gauge this being i am using full organics.

I think the part that confuses me is when the bottle says it's safe to use at full strength with every water. That just does not seem right i mean i would think you would want to give just straight RO water after every other heavy feeding of 15ml per gallon. What i need is a feeding for dummies...

I see two problems with the picture you provided. First i notice that there may or may not be some webs on the top section of the plant, if so this is most likely due to a spider mite infestation and second your plant seems to be in serious need of magnesium i would recommend an organic spider...
