i have it under light for 17 hours a day and 7 hours of no light

wel ive made a few attempts to grow them but everytime i do it gets very tall and cant support its own weight and i have to get sticks to hold it up. It also produces very little leaves. and ends up dying. the plant is ice --->...

i went to https://www.nirvana-shop.com/ and ordered ice seeds with my visa. i waited about a week and went to look at the order status and it said my card was rejected but they took the money off of it and didnt send the seeds... and i know i had enough on the card i had around $70 on it...
