Can i grow with 1750 lumens

Im a first time grower so 1750 lumens to week for small closet grow

so can i just add the perlite and the moss like you said to my already mg potting mix

i just started my first grow and i got mg potting mix just the regular kind will it work and when i change my pot what if any should i do to the soil like add guano im lost so many different opinions pls help
