Then it is possible that your lights are to close for the moment. What is your Light Config... ie, 23W CFL, 68W CFL.... i use 23W 5000k/6500k CFL's for veg and i use 68W 2700k CFL's for Flower. But they still produce enough heat that they can heat stress your babies. as for one growing faster...

Is there a possibility of a sulphur or magnesium def? I can't tell from your pictures but are the tips thinning and turning brown on the yellow leaves? How far into Flowering are they? Because from the Picture i am seeing it doesn't look like it is a lot of leaves.
