SUNLIGHT IS WAY MORE POWERFUL If you hang that cfl in your bedroom you aint gonna harm your eyes more than staying outside the same time assuming you dont look straight into the light as you wouldnt do outside to the sun... I cant say the same for a hps 600.... its tiring pretty fast...

do you get out in the sun without sunglasses??? if yes then thats the worse that can happen to your eyes...

i couldnt invest in anything more than a 60 euros big 250w cfl...but yeah COBS are VERY good.. What im trying to say..is that i chose to try and have healthy plants using cfl and not heat stress the fack outta them with my 600..

they started loosing a lot of leaves and you actually see some yellowing in the photos cause of the heat stress..they bounce back up with the cfl

look...talking about lights...off course a hps 600 is way more powerfull than a 250 cfl... but i was asking if it would affect the potency except for the yield and how much... I will try to show you mine later...
