600 is more effective but 1000 makes great plants too. depends on your preference and space.... there are 1000 watt ballasts than you can dim to 600... best of both worlds?

im surprised only one person mentioned the noise aspect... air vibrations make noise and insulated ducted reduces that noise

its a pretty cold room... but i will go with a bigger filter for sure then my priority is odor control

im open to suggestions should i get a speed controller and slow down the fan? or get a higher rating carbon filter

Looking to go with the mountain air 6" 265 CFM carbon filter, active air 6" 400 CFM inline fan, daystar AC hood, 1000 watt dim-able ballast.... Room is 5x5x6.5 in feet. Wondering if i should keep the fan inside or put it outside the tent... Questions, comments, complaints? SPEAK ON IT!
