I think if you added more light or lowered the amount of plants per light you would probably get more weight from each plant. I've got 6 plants under a 400w HPS and a 200w CFL and I'm already looking at 7grams per plant and it's only 3 weeks into flower. 10 grams sounds disappointing to me but...
