I have a 4x2x6 closet set up to grow and was curious if a 400w mh and 2 48" full spectrum floros could grow a personal supply from start to finish. This is my first time growing.

i had recently ordered some seeds from buy dutch seeds and its going on 4 weeks since i sent the cash. not sure if it just takes that long or what. forgot to mention that i live in wisconsin. just wanna make sure its a legit seed bank.
