Overwatering can definitely cause you plants to yellow. Let them dry out a bit and then feed with some feed containing nitrogen.

How much are you feeding cause they look a bit burned?

Its gonna be hard to reach 0 ppm when flushing. I usually only flush once with about 6x the amount of water as the size of the pots. The plants then uses all the stored nutrients inside the plant matter for it's last few days.....then chop.

1 teaspoon per gallon of water should do it. Use it when your plants needs it. But don't use it on every watering.

Its hard to say without pics. If you think that you are 2 weeks away from harvest, then start flushing now. Also dont know if 2 weeks flush is totally necessary; I usually only flush for a week and it always turns out great. Just make sure that it's a good flush with plenty of water.
