Dont see why you shouldn't add more. Hygrozyme does real wonders in soil grows, but doesn't really do the same in hydro grows. Their are much better enzyme products for hydro grows. Try cannazyme.

5.8 is too low. You are locking out most nutrients. Thats why your plants are showing multiple symptoms. Raise it to about 6.8. Your Ph will drop down again as you add nutes.

Looks like nute lockout due to ph troubles. Lemon Juice will drop your ph even more. Check your PH first and see if you need to raise or lower it. Nutrients are mostly available in soil between PH 6.5 - 6.8. Hope it helps.
