glad to hear,good room temp is bliss.

1000w light you want to keep at least 1-1.5ft above/away from the canopy dude :S especially if it aint air cooled. here's that famous chart to help you fo' reference.

Try to aim for MUCH more even canopy,especially when growing with a Florescent of any kind,the scrog net is great,you just got to use it :)

I think its time to stop with the foliage spraying unless you want problems.good luck.
