How much water per # Gallon Pot?

I use 5 gallon fabric pots filled to between 3-4 gallons. I used to water to run off in peat soil/perlite/worm cast/gaia and noticed the soil would be much heavier than I'd like and takes 3 or 4 days to dry and ran into some soil issues like fungas gnats. And i run lots and lots of perlite. Now...

    Marijuana plant problems

Adding extra unnecessary stuff like molasses is not going to help. Calcium is required in micro doses and can definitely lock out other nutrients. Espom salt is more forgiving.

New to growing, are these pollen sacks?

That could be an undeveloped seed aswell. Sometimes they get pollinated early.

    molasses

Molasses is great to start the bacterial biome if the soil was insufficient. IMO, the plant needs to create a symbiotic relationship with the fungus' mycelium, which I believe is reduced by adding sugars to the fungus which would normally exchange nutrients for sugar with the plant.

    My baby! Is something wrong?

Ummm there looks to be plenty food in there. Do not over feed it, especially such a small plant. Plant looks absolutely fine, let it do its thing for a bit more and lay off the LST for a bit. Looks overfed if anything.

Can I do 30% top soil, 30% compost, 30% promix and 10% worm castings?

20-30% Worm casting is better. 20-30% perlite. The rest is either a mix of the topsoil/promix or choose one. Gaia 4-4-4 & 2-8-4 is great and the plants love it. Make sure to keep up with top dressing 2-8-4 or you'll regret it. I use promix myself. Gaia should have all the micro and macro...

Is it too late to Top the plant?

I rarely had any LST needing any down time for training. Only time down is if it broke a large branch off or nutrients become insufficient. Most of the time any stress is from over handling or just being too rough with it. Or usually it's a combo effect from inexperience. Also, i usually do any...

    Washing buds before drying!!??

I always bud wash my outdoor. Clean water > h202 bath > bakingsoda/lemon or lime > final clean water bath. I tip the buckets to skim out the debris.

Not late at all, you can top, tuck or supercrop the very top.

Should you cut off fan leaves during flower( a simple poll just yea or no please)

After a few outdoor trim cycles, you'll be dying to lollipop/defoiliate the lower/interior leaves/bud sites. Better colas, less likely to mold/mildew, no larf, easy trim, better air flow, great light coverage.

Is it too late to Top the plant?

Definitely safe. I top and LST right until last stretch to keep SOG nice and even.
