Flowering is stop and start. You can go 2 weeks without seeing any significant change, then in the space of a few days everything could be different. If the plant is looking healthy, stick to your routine and man it out for a bit. The plant will produce when it's ready to.

Are they all over the plant? If so I'd say it was blight. If only a couple it could just be heavy rainfall - which in it self can cause blight =/ Unless you grow indoors? Could be something related to your conditions if that's the case.

Probably around 35-50g dry if you give it the necessary time and the conditions are right. I'd have said more but once you've done trimming off all the stem and leaves it would be much easier to estimate.

Some buds ripen quicker than others. I wouldn't reccomend applying this method to every grow, as you may end up with egg on your face. Curing is a tried and tested method over many years, if a new method were out there, it would have surfaced before now.
