Won't that have a possibility of burning the plant. Remember incandescents give off heat so I don't want to burn them. Still good idea you think?

The picture is kinda bright but it's a minty green, and it's about 4 inches tall. Is this good, or is it slowed? I got it on a 20/4 schedule with mostly sunlight but incandescents while it's dark. I know it's gay but it's all I can afford right now. Any tips? The incandescents aren't working...
