umm one of my plantz is sexing.. WTF.. 4 very thin white string like hairs growing out of the node.. their under 4 26 watt daylight cfl's on a 18-6 hour cycle.. why would a 2 week old 'runt' be flowing under these conditions ?? help please

I transplanted the 2 big girls into pots today. the root systems were thriving with the perlite. One cup had routed all the way to the bottom of the cup ! ill post pics in a couple days.
