Suggest an interim planter before going into the 7 gallon. Graduated containers get you better root systems and better plants faster. I go from Solos to 1.7 liter containers. From those to 3-5 gallon. You don’t need 7 if growing indoors.
Do not put bags over them. You might think about some string around them to gather the branches in. Maybe even a small diameter stake to secure the main stem to. They’ll be fine.
