If you didnt germinate the seed first it can take 2-3 weeks before it does on its own and germinates.

You should put them in their own pots IMO

If you get CFL's, put them about 2 inches form the top of the plant. Check them everyday to make sure they dont get too close. After they get a few leaf sets you can put em under the HPS. Only water them every 2-4 days and only if the soil gets dry.
