Another reason that its going so slow is that you removed a lot of your fan leaves. I understand you had a bad aphid problem, but fan leaves are the solar panels of the plant, so by removing them you made it go a bit slower. Nice size plant tho.

google <--- check that out first. But incubating is where you grow the mycellium. Without it you have nothing but substrate with spores in it. But read the FAQ on shroomery.org and check google.

As soon as you see green, the trichoderma has already released millions of spores and your casing is done for. Casing dont last long either. 1 or 2 flushes before trich takes over, even if it wasnt contaminated beforehand. I prefer to use bulk spawn, with h-poo and straw. Or just leave it...

nothings gonna happen if you dont provide the spores yourself, I can almost guarantee that your not gonna get shrooms, let alone in 3 days. It takes 1-3 weeks for the mycellium to fully colonize and then another week or 2 for it to begin fruiting, if conditions are right. Nonetheless good luck.
