t-5HO is what u want, t-12 is umm bleh, they are good for rooting clones, and thats it if you were to ask me. I veg under a 4 lamp t5ho system and wouldnt ever veg under t-12. my opinion ~BBA

BIG BLOOM IS A SUPPLEMENT, notice the npk values on it. NPK = .001-.03-.07 BIG BLOOM can and should be used throughout the whole grow, from veg to flower. I use the FF trio, Grow Big + Big Bloom for veg, and Tiger Bloom + Big Bloom for flower. ~BBA
