    Back inside, what to grow?

Well, just have to wait for the rest of the stuff I ordered to arrive, and I'll be ready to set up. Really looking forward to this.

    Veg Times

Yeah, I'm a soil grower too. She'll take as long as she takes. Some sativas grow pretty fast, even in organic soils. Just nothing like coco or hydro speeds.

    Back inside, what to grow?

Yep. The "Canada only stock". $89. I never thought that a power switch would not be standard.

    Back inside, what to grow?

Ahh. Mine doesn't, lol. I knew it wasn't the dimmable one. But there's no power switch on this thing.

Seedling - curling/bending stem & nutrients in soil

Don't flush the soil. The whole reason you don't feed the plant early is because of the nutes already in the soil.

    Veg Times

Plants grow slower in soil than they do in coco. Flip them when they're half the height you want them to be in flower.

    Back inside, what to grow?

@Wizzlebiz your light has an on/off switch, right?

Does anyone have an auto life cycle growth day by day or week by week?

If you do want to see just how much variation there can be (a LOT) search the Grow Journal section. There are auto grows there.

Is this cfl ok to be this close?

CFL has a much better spectrum for veg than any blurple. I got an sf1000 from spider farmer for Christmas (actually it's supposed to be out for delivery right now). It's 100w draw from the wall, but quantum board style. If you want to see what 100w of proper LEDs can do you should check out...

Is this cfl ok to be this close?

Depends on the LED really. It should do fine under that light though. I used to veg under fluorescent lights. I think you posted earlier and it was under a blurple? Or am I mixing you up with someone else?

Is this cfl ok to be this close?

Hold your hand under it palm down. Start at the height of the top leaves, and move up slowly until it's uncomfortable, but stop before it hurts. That's too close. Anything further than that should be okay until you get too far away.

Transplanted a week a ago first grow

No nutes. The soil has plenty for now. What is 5.5ph, the soil or the calmag/FF you gave them? @kovidkough is right, if you feel like adjusting the ph of your water go for 6.5 or thereabouts. You shouldn't need to right now though, adjusting the ph is more for nutes. It's best to just leave your...

Need Tighter, Thicker Mother Plant Growth (T5 vs MH vs CMH?)

Tightest internodes I ever grew were under a 6400k t5 HO, 4 bulb light. I kept it about 4 or 5cm from the tops of the plants. I don't know how modern LEDs will do yet, my new light is on it's way. Guess I'll know in a few weeks.

    No growth on Auxiliary shoots

Breech birth. Bet if you dug it up you would find the cotyledons down under the soil, lol. Had that happen with one of my seeds. I dug it up and flipped it over before the root could bend around towards the soil. Planted it right side up with the leaves above the soil and the dumb bastard poked...

LOOK WHAT I COME HOME TOO

Yes and no, lol. Most cops here will "not notice" one or two extra plants. When your plant count gets higher and starts to look like you're growing for sale, they start to pay attention. The federal law is like a minimum standard, and provinces are free to set tighter restrictions. For example...

I ran a poll of my friends inside of California and outside of California for whos seen weed on a actual plant.

Huh, I've never thought about that. It's not as surprising as it seems though, it was illegal for longer than the majority of people have been alive.

    Back inside, what to grow?

Lol, I really do type too slow. Like, 7 posts just as I'm typing that out.

    Back inside, what to grow?

Yeah, that's why I was considering getting the light myself. That and the cost of the light itself. The space issue was why I was hesitating. The light itself comes in at about the cost of 15g of weed. Add 3g for the electricity, I break even at about 18g. She surprised me with the cleared...

Is 31 degree direct sunlight to hot for freshly planted seedlings?

Conjoined twins then. That's kind of cool. I've only seen a few of that type of twin. I've never seem what happens when you grow them out though. People seem to quit posting about them when they find out what they are.
